The hospitality industry thrives on people who inspire, connect, and push boundaries. With SIP – Share. Inspire. Pioneer., Pernod Ricard created a community that brings this energy together: a B2B ecosystem connecting bartenders, operators, and visionaries from across the scene, with the goal of positioning the brand as the preferred spirits partner.

But a community doesn’t thrive on content alone. It needs relevance, momentum, and a clear vision. Our mission was to rethink SIP in Germany, challenge the existing structure, and evolve it into a strong, activating platform.

We reach new audiences where hospitality truly lives: on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Spotify. From there, we guide them into the SIP universe through the website, masterclasses, webinars, live events, and community formats that combine exchange, education, and brand experience.

The impact didn’t go unnoticed. Citybeam was entrusted with leading SIP Germany, taking full responsibility for strategy, agency setup, and execution.
